We at R4G recognize Game Masters (GMs) as the heart and soul of a rich and diverse roleplaying ecosystem. The R4G Arbiter Program invites those passionate about GMing to turn their passion for games into a profession. Arbiters may run content from fantasy to horror, steampunk to fairytale, or teach the next generation of GMs, and more. 1. Arbiter Benefits

- Revenue Sharing: Set a booking price and earn revenue from passionate players; receive tips.
- Buy Me Dice: A tipping program to launch in 2023. Promotions and Sponsorship: Be part of R4G's big plans, including product sales and income-generation opportunities.
2. Eligibility
We seek Arbiters who can inspire and influence the community. No restrictions on fame or social media presence. If you can legally work with a USA-based company and comply with all applicable local, state, country, and international laws, you're eligible.
3. Arbiter Levels & Monetization
R4G has only one Arbiter level at this time: Grand Arbiter. Grand Arbiters are elligible for revenue sharing and receive the full transaction amount minus an R4G 5% platform fee (Platform Fee) and minus any payment transaction and processing fees (Processing Fees). R4G does not collect any additional hidden or obfuscated fees.
What this means for a GM: R4G will keep 5% of the full transaction amount, plus the Processing Fees incurred by R4G. Here is a table to show an example of how the Platform Fee and the Processing Fees break down for transactions of varying size. The total % of a transaction withheld decreases as the transaction size increases.

Processing Fees vary by jurisdiction and are subject to change at any time.
Revenue sharing applies to paid seat bookings and Buy Me Dice tips, with future expansions planned.
4. No Hidden Fees or Misleading Charges
R4G maintains clarity in pricing. Only applicable sales taxes are added, as required by law, and are excluded from revenue sharing.
