Booking Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation within 48 hours
If you cancel your game session booking within 48 hours of the scheduled game time, you will be charged the full price of the booking. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within this 48-hour window.
2. Cancellation beyond 48 hours
If you cancel your game session booking with more than 48 hours before the scheduled game time, no charges will be applied.
3. No-Show
If you fail to show up for your scheduled booking, you will be charged the full price of the booking. No refunds or credits will be provided in case of a no-show.
4. Leaving a Game
You may leave a game booking without any charge if done more than 48 hours before the scheduled booking time. Otherwise, you will be charged the full price of the booking.
5. Game Master No-Show
In the rare occasion of a Game Master failing to show up to run a paid game, please reach out to purchase support and provide all relevant information as it pertains to the exact session which was missed. Purchase support will work to resolve the situation, and ensure corrective action is taken.
6. Force Majeure
We will not be held liable for any booking cancellations if the booking cancellation is caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental regulations, or other unforeseen circumstances.
