The Republic of Mokana enjoys an Age of Prosperity under the rule of King Nobu Isarin. For the elves, it’s a welcome change from his father’s imperialistic dictatorship that died with him 300 years ago. For everyone else, Nobu’s compassionate rule is taken for granted as part of a life that promises “dreams come true” for anyone willing to work for them. For many, it is also an Age of Sail. The open sea promises a life free of restrictions and wealth waiting to be claimed. But there’s a storm brewing on the horizon (literally), pirates are challenging the king’s Invincible Armada, and a secret group seeks to sacrifice all life to an ancient evil.
